Why is the world so cruel Lord?!

This column is not for the faint-hearted.  The line here is bold and brass, and this surely is the place where we call succubus by name.   Dare you to read on; or would/could you go the extra mile and step forward to be counted.

A Poem. A reflection on our world today.

Why is the world so cruel Lord,
Why is it so wicked,
Why is the world so unforgiving Lord,
Why is it so given to evil.

Why are people so mean Lord,
Why do they cause so much grief,
Why is the world so hard to bear Lord,
Why is it so difficult to Live.

Why is man so unkind to man Lord,
Why do we treat each other so mean,
Why is this earth so full of tears Lord,
Why so much ill to will.

Why is the world so cruel Lord, Why.

A reflection on the sufferings of the Palestinian peoples and the effects of terrrorism on innocent persons in Israel and England, and even in a distressed country like Nigeria.

Life or Death?

Still standing up for the truth.   "Otolorin"   July, 2005

In the battle for the very soul of this great country, men and women must choose either to be for, or against their people.  The complacency of the majority for the last forty years has brought us to this nadir of nationhood.  We pray and believe that GOD's time has come for the redemption of Nigeria.  Will you join in, and line up with the hope of GOD for this country, or will you stay at home, and wait for others to save your country?

Remember; if you are not part of the solution, then you must be part of the problem.

Time is now to step forward and be counted.
