support in meeting their obligations to existing clients, and a more
efficient and flexible access to developer resources that lends confidence
to expand their market and business without the constraints of personnel
overheads and problems - recruitment, administration and development.
Having considered the success of the Indian model of
Indo-US partnerships, we have consolidated on the advantages of
that paradigm of distributed systems development. In our evolution
of that system, the original model has been extended to allow for
a more flexible relationship between nettech and our partners. To this
end, we offer three models of collaboration that vary the involvement
of our clients (Partners) in the actual development exercise.
The advantage conferred by this approach is that a partner can choose
to have as much knowledge and control of the software development
process we undertake on their behalf as they require. The options we offer

- Consultant [Top]
Partner develops and delivers a specification to nettech.
Both parties agree time and cost constraints.
nettech develop software in time using cost/bonus model for
late vs. on-time, quality deliverables.
- Engineer [Top]
Co-development of specification.
Joint project costing and scheduling.
Partner has direct access to remote project manager(s).
nettech bears ultimate responsibility for delivering on time,
but partner is involved in scheduling and allocation
of floating resources from pool of systems engineers.
- Resource Manager [Top]
nettech acts as resource manager.
Developers permanently assigned to partner.
Partner has direct access to assigned developers.
nettech responsible for managing developer and maintaining
skill level, supplying development resources and general
personnel management and development, but to all intents
and purposes, nettech maintains the developer as
a remote staff/resource of the partner. Specification
through Design and Development to Testing is managed remotely
by nettech.
We are hoping that these options will encourage partners to
consider us as a serious option to meeting their resource
requirements. It is our hope that some clients may also be
sufficiently interested as to take minority stakes in the company.
